We all have mental health. Come learn how to care for yours at the 12th Annual “Minds Matter” Mental Health and Wellness Fair.

This year's FREE event features a resource fair, bridge lighting and Hope Is Alive! Open Mic. Join us as we raise awareness about mental health struggles, fight the stigma that keeps many from getting the help they need and celebrate the healing power of art.

To register for the Hope Is Alive! Open Mic, sign up to volunteer or to ask questions contact Christopher at 229-8484 or cdiamond@co.shasta.ca.us.
