Mental Health Month

More than 1 in 4 people struggle with mental health challenges. They are our friends, family and neighbors, and the support of our community is a vital component of their treatment, coping and recovery. But too often, stigma and discrimination discourages people from seeking the help they need.

This May, HHSA is sponsoring several community events that will entertain, educate and inspire us to stand behind our friends and loved ones who live with mental illness. It's time to Stand Against Stigma!
