For over a decade, the Minds Matter Mental Health Fair has helped raise awareness about mental health challenges, fight stigma and connect people with treatment programs and services available in Shasta County.

On Saturday, May 22, 2021 come down to Breslauer Way in Redding between 10 a.m.-2 p.m. to get some good vibes and mental health resources on the go. The first 200 people who drive thru can pick up a bag of mental health information and fun SWAG.
