Why can’t everyone who may have been exposed be tested? Supervisors weigh in 03-24-2020

Tuesday's Shasta County Board of Supervisors meeting was closed to the public, but available online. Health officials addressed an often-heard question — why can't people be tested if they may have been exposed to the virus? It can take up to two weeks to develop symptoms, and without symptoms, there is no reason to test.
