‘We should all be concerned with the numbers’: Covid-19 cases still high in Shasta County 10/28/2020

Published October 30, 2020

Shasta County Health and Human Services Agency Director Donnell Ewert said the county’s goal is to reach the state’s least restrictive, or yellow, coronavirus tier.

But achieving that goal means the county needs to report just “a handful of cases every day. So, we really have a long way to go,” Ewert said during a weekly press briefing held Wednesday.
