In early 2017, Redding resident Kim Moore was living out of a van and struggling with symptoms of PTSD and other serious health issues.

Then she was accepted as a resident at the Woodlands Apartment Complex, which provides affordable housing and supportive services on site for people with mental health challenges.

In this video, she shares how her new home is improving her health and helping her overcome her PTSD.
