Spike in covid cases linked to Bethel, Windsor nursing home 10/06/2020

As COVID-19 cases surge locally, Shasta County Supervisors were told Tuesday that the county has been moved to the state's red tier, which means tighter restrictions for businesses.

Public Health Branch Director Robin Schurig said businesses will have three days to comply and the new restrictions will go into effect Friday.
