Shasta County Public Health works towards vaccinating people in underserved communities 03/09/2021

Published March 12, 2021

Shasta County Public Health Services say they continue to work towards bridging the gap to vaccinate those living in underserved populations.

The public health department works together with various clinics and organizations in our area to vaccinate those considered underserved. They have implemented a mobile vaccination system where employees travel to people's homes who can’t get to vaccination sites. In this effort, they have vaccinated dozens since starting.
