Shasta County covid-19 vaccination options to expand for older adults 01/14/2021

People 75 and older in Shasta County will be able to get COVID-19 vaccines starting Tuesday, Jan. 19, according to the county’s Health and Human Services. People 65 and older will be eligible starting Feb. 1.

This comes after the California Department of Public Health announced Wednesday that it is immediately allowing residents 65 and older to get scarce coronavirus vaccines.
