Shasta County covid-19 updates: 2 more patients die; total case number triples in past six weeks 11/12/2020

Two Shasta County COVID-19 patients have died as a result of the virus since Monday, as the county's six-week spike in COVID-19 case numbers continued to soar.

The deaths of the two patients — a man in his 80s and a man in his 50s — bring the county's death toll to 36 people, according to a Thursday news release from the Shasta County Health and Human Services Agency.
