Local restaurants, health clubs scramble to adjust 03-19-2020

Businesses in greater Redding were scrambling to adjust Tuesday, less than 24 hours after Gov. Gavin Newsom recommended health clubs, movie theaters and restaurants close to help fight the spread of the coronavirus.

Black Bear Diner on Hilltop Drive closed its dining room but was still taking to-go and online orders, assistant manager Jim Brown said.
