Covid-19 in Shasta County: More vaccine clinics open 03/09/2021

As of Tuesday, Shasta County's total caseload increased to 11,171. Of that number, 24 were from people who tested positive for COVID-19 on Sunday and Monday.

Nine people are in Shasta County hospitals due to the coronavirus, and there are 136 active cases in the county.

The death toll stayed at 179 for the past week.
