Coronavirus updates: Shasta County woman dies from covid-19. 05/26/2021

Hospitalizations for COVID-19 reached an almost three-month high this week.

That public health announcement came prior to a Wednesday report another Shasta County resident — a woman in her 70s — died of the virus

Tuesday evening, health workers reported 15 Shasta County residents were hospitalized for COVID-19, two in Intensive Care Units (ICUs).
