Coronavirus live updates this week: Seven new cases announced Wednesday 08-06-2020

Shasta County Public Health officials confirmed seven more cases of the coronavirus on Wednesday.

That brings the total number of confirmed cases logged in the county to 404 since the outbreak began this year.

Of the seven patients, six had symptoms, one is under investigation and one has been hospitalized, according to an announcement issued by public health on Wednesday afternoon.
