Coronavirus in Shasta County: Another 4 men die of covid-19; hospitalizations go down 11/09/2021

Published November 10, 2021

COVID-19 case numbers are dropping a bit in November in Shasta County, possibly signaling the beginning of the end of a surge in an outbreak that started in mid-August.

The Shasta County Public Health branch reported unusually high numbers of COVID-19 deaths last week after investigating fatalities that happened earlier in the fall.
