Coronavirus in Shasta County: 20 deaths reported in first half of March 03/16/2021

Two more Shasta County residents have died from COVID-19, bringing the pandemic's death toll to 194 since it began.

Health officials announced the additional deaths on Tuesday. The patients included a man in his 70s and a man in his 80s. That brings the number of COVID-19 deaths reported in March to 20, according to Shasta County Health and Human Services.
