9 covid deaths reported in local counties Tuesday 11/02/2021

Nine COVID-19 deaths have been reported in our local counties on Tuesday.

Shasta County Health and Human Services reported six new deaths on Tuesday.

It said a woman in her 50s, a man in his 60s, a man in his 70s, a woman in her 80s and two women over the age of 89 died.

There are 481 active cases in Shasta County and 77 are hospitalized. There are 20 people in ICU.
