7 covid-19 deaths reported Monday in Shasta County, 28 in the last week 11/15/2021

Seven COVID-19 deaths were reported in Shasta County on Monday, according to the Shasta County Health and Human Services (SCHHS).

SCHHS says a man in his 50s, a man and a woman in their 60s, two men in their 70s, a woman in her 80s and a man over the age of 89 died.

Health officials mentioned that when COVID-19 deaths are reported, it can take days or weeks to confirm after the people died.

SCHHHS has reported 28 deaths in the last seven days.
