6 North State covid-19 deaths reported Wednesday 09/22/2021

There have been six COVID-19 deaths reported in the North State on Wednesday.

Butte County Public Health reported three new COVID-19 deaths on Wednesday.

In Butte County, there are 121 people in the hospital with COVID-19.

Enloe Medical Center said it has 89 COVID-19 patients and 79% of them are not fully vaccinated. It said it has 16 patients in ICU.

89 patients is the hospital’s highest single-day total since the pandemic started.
