6 more residents die of covid-19 in Shasta County, over 165 cases confirmed 01/07/2021

Shasta County Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) reported six new deaths and 167 new cases of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) on Wednesday.

The six newly confirmed deaths include a man and woman in their 70s, two men in their 80s, and a man and woman over 89 years old. So far, 95 residents have died due to COVID-19 in Shasta County.
