3 new deaths reported in Butte CO 08-20-2020

Shasta County added 6 new COVID-19 cases Thursday for a total of 521. The new patients are all under the age of 50. They include a teenage boy, three men in their 20’s, and a man and a woman in their 40’s. 5 of the them have symptoms. There are 30 active cases. 4 patients are hospitalized, and are in intensive care. Eleven Shasta County residents have died of the virus. 193 people are quarantined due to possible exposure.
