11 coronavirus deaths reported in local counties Thursday 10/07/2021

Eleven coronavirus deaths were reported in Glenn, Butte and Shasta counties on Thursday.

Seven COVID-19 deaths were reported in Shasta County on Thursday, according to the Shasta County Health and Human Services.

Two men and two women in their 50s, two women in their 60s and a man in his 70s died from the coronavirus.

There are 69 people in the hospital in Shasta County and 21 people in ICU. There are 496 active cases.
