10 new cases reported, numbers reflect backlog of cases 08-11-2020

Shasta County added 10 new cases on Tuesday for a total of 469. 7 of the new patients reported symptoms, and they include a teenage boy. The other patients range in age from their 20’s to their 80’s. A 10th death was reported on Friday. Public Health says the new cases include the rest of a backlog of tests following a problem with the state database.
