Shasta County Smoking Ordinance
SCC Ch 8.45: This ordinance prohibits smoking in workplaces, enclosed public places, and within 20 feet of stadium seating. These laws apply to all Shasta County municipalities, including Redding, Anderson, and Shasta Lake.

Mandatory Signs for Retailers
Stop Tobacco Access to Kids Enforcement Act (STAKE) SIGN: This age of sale warning sign is required by state law to be visible at EACH point of sale (CA B&P 22952)
No Smoking Signs: Signs saying "No Smoking" or displaying the international "No Smoking" symbol (consisting of a pictorial representation of a cigarette enclosed in a red circle with a red bar across it) shall be clearly, sufficiently, and conspicuously posted in every building or other place where smoking is prohibited. SCC 8.45.080
