Notary Public

To help slow the spread of COVID-19, and protect both our staff and customers, the office currently requires customers schedule an appointment before visiting the office by calling (530) 225-5730 or emailing countyclerk@co.shasta.ca.us

Scheduling appointments allows the office to limit the amount of customers and staff in the office at one time and maintain superior sanitization. Customers are encouraged to complete applications online ahead of appointments as well as wear masks and maintain social distancing while in the office.

The office doors will remain closed to walk-in services and customers are encouraged to continue to utilize the services we offer online and by mail.
