Customer Service Ethic:
Our customers are the residents, agencies, and businesses of Shasta County. Each of them is entitled to courteous, efficient, and professional service. We demonstrate this service by our genuine concern for our customers' well being, the resolution of their problems, and by helping them acquire the services they need. As public employees, we take pride in our work and responsibility for our actions. We recognize that how we treat our customers contributes to the faith and trust they have in government.

Support Services includes four units:
