New: Starting Jan. 1, 2012, children under age 8 must be properly buckled into a car seat or booster seat in the back seat. (The previous law required that children remain in a booster seat until age 6 or until they weighed 60 pounds.)
Did you know that 4 out of 5 child safety seats are used incorrectly? Find out if yours is one of them.
Have your child safety seat checked by a certified technician for correct selection, harnessing, and installation. For more information, call (530) 245-6877. For a certified technician in the Intermountain area, call (530) 335-6700.
