Ongoing training has occurred in the direction and control course, winter management class, ICS training, short haul experience with the CHP helicopter, H-14, and snowcat operation familiarization.
The Search and Rescue website contains more information abou the specific Search and Rescue teams.
Fill out the Search and Rescue application if you are interested in applying to be a volunteer member on the Search and Rescue team.

To participate in any Search and Rescue operation you need to complete the Disaster Service Worker Registration form which can be obtained on the Office of Emergency Services web page.
