Children and teacher outsideParenting is an important, but difficult, job. Parents and caregivers need support. Public Health offers several resources that can help. Click on the buttons below for information on the following: a Parenting Resources guide for services in the community; the Shasta Breastfeeding Support Center and Healthy Beginnings programs, which have great information on the importance of proper nutrition and exercise for infants and small children. The Healthy Family Habits brochure offers information on healthy meals and fun activities for the whole family.
