If you are receiving In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) through Shasta County, you are eligible to use the IHSS Registry Service. By Filling out a short form, the registry could find a provider that meets your specific needs and your preferences.

The Public Authority (PA) registry is a countywide service that assists IHSS recipients and care providers make a good match based on various criteria. Registry personnel recruit, screen and provide orientation to providers. Care provider applicants must complete an application form that includes previous employment, employee related references and preferences in such areas as hours and location. A thorough qualifying process ensures that the Public Authority's registry is both a safe and reliable resource for recipients.
