The Administrative Hearings Division reviews and prepares the Shasta County Department of Social Services’ position in all requests for administrative hearings filed through the State of California Department of Social Services State Hearings Division process.

The hearings staff in this division also coordinate and support the Administrative Hearings Panel concerning hearings filed in the County Medical Services Program (CMSP) and the General Assistance (GA) program.
