A Subpoena is a legal document that orders a person to appear and testify at a hearing.
A Subpoena Duces Tecum is a legal document that orders a person or organization (such as a bank, school, hospital, medical clinic, etc.) to produce documents or other records by a certain date.
To request either type of subpoena, you must call the regional office closest to you:
