PERMIT/ APPLICATION FEE SCHEDULE

The fees charged for building permits depend on the type of project. The following describes the fees charged and provides examples. Applicants are encouraged to contact the Permit Counter staff (225-5761) to verify and/or obtain the fees that may apply to a particular project.
APPLICATION FILING FEES
Applications for building permits that require a plan check are initially required to pay an "application filing fee". Additional fees will be required when the building permits is issued. The following shows the application filing fee for various types of permits

The fees for COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS depend on the type of building and its use. Please contact the Permit Counter or commercial plan checker for information about commercial fees.
BUILDING PERMIT FEES:
After the building plans have been approved, permit fees must be paid before the building permit can be issued.
